I have been vegetarian for almost 7 years now and became vegan in the last year.
I was definitely a meat lover.
My view changed when I joined a conference about climate change many years ago. I started to understand the impact of the food industry on the climate, especially the meat industry and the processed food sector.
It took me some time to find the right balance and the reason of this blog is to share what I learnt in the past years.
I am not going to talk about superfoods or only healthy food. I like good food and I love cooking. So this blog will be more about the balance between comfort food, vegan gains, health and money.
I will post recipes, overviews of my diet, and about vegan lifestyle in general.
All without forgetting my love for craft beers, coffee, tea and wine.
