Vegan Bailey: all you need is a blender!
This time I am giving you a liqueur drink that takes no more than 5 minutes to prepare and can last quite long in the fridge. Perfect for those of you approaching winter! Let’s start!
- 1 cup of vegan cream (I made it in the blender with unsweetened soy milk and oil)
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 espresso shots
- 1 cup of whiskey
- 1 tsp of chocolate extract
- 1 tsp of almond extract
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Are you ready? Be focused because this is going to get very complicated.
- Put everything in the blender
- Blend until smooth
This was hard, right? I know, it gets complicated to prepare your own vegan bailey. Since this recipe was extra easy here are a couple of extra tips.
When preparing the heavy cream, I usually make some extra to keep in the fridge for cooking.
I suggest you to avoid using coconut oil, otherwise the vegan bailey will get solid in the fridge.
Remember to shake to vegan bailey before serving it.
